| 摘 要： | 江苏省内苏南、苏中、苏北经济差异明显,农村区域经济发展不均衡,职业农民培训基础条件不同,这些特征对于研究分析农民培训工作具有十分重要的参考意义.以苏州、泰州、淮安三城市为例,列举江苏部分地区职业农民培训成功做法,探讨现代农业背景下还存在培训总量不足、宣传不到位、培训方式不适合、培训内容没针对、培训机构职责不清、培训后期保障不足等诸多问题.为进一步统筹规划,提高农民培训质量,应理顺关系,提高认识,建立联网档案,增强宣传手段、灵活授课形式,科学设置内容,加大扶持力度.

| Abstract: | There are economic differences between southern Jiangsu,central Jiangsu and Northern Jiangsu. The regional econom-ic development in rural areas is not balanced. The professional farmer training base is under different conditions. It's essential for these features to study and analyze the farmers training work. Taking three cities including Suzhou,Taizhou,Huai-an as an example,this paper lists the practices of farmers training occupation success in some areas of Jiangsu. On the background of modern agriculture, there are still many problems in training,insufficient publicity,training content,unsuitable training method for training institutions, unclear responsibility,and lack of training post security. In order to further overall planning and improve the quality of training for farmers,we should straighten out the relationship,raise awareness,establish network files,enhance publicity methods,flexible forms of teaching,scientific content,and increase supporting strength as well. |
