技能包模式应用于职业教育的思考

摘    要:职业课程开发及设计以市场经济需要为出发点,以能力为本位,以岗位需求为依据,以传统高等职教课程的弊端为突破口,借鉴国外职业教育课程体系I型、Y型、A型及M型的经验。技能包教学应用职业教育突破传统课程体系模块化框架,进一步分解和细化模块化教学,真正地体现职业教育适应新时期、新时代、新形势下培养高素质劳动者和技能型人才的需求。

Abstract:Exploration and design of vocational course with the need of market economy point of departure,with the abilities basis,with the post need according,with the abuse of traditional high vocational course relief,borrowed experience from foreign vocational educational course system of I,Y,A and M.Skill package teaching application vocational education breakthrough traditional course modularization frame,further separated and detailed modularization teaching,really materialized vocational education which bring up the need of high character worker and technical person with ability in adapting new period,new age,new situation.
