| 摘 要： | 从教育的角度分析,导致当前大学生就业难的根源之一,就是在校学习与校外学习之间二元分割的现存教育制度。要消除导致大学生就业难的教育根源,必须建立终身教育制度,而终身教育制度的具体时空体现为学习型城市。可见,只有通过学习型城市的建设,构建终身教育制度,才能真正消除导致大学生就业难的教育根源。
