| 摘 要： | 随着农业现代化不断推进,职业农民发展过程中的信息不对称问题逐渐暴露,当其处于信息劣势方时,会面临诸多不确定性风险,当职业农民是信息优势方时,往往会产生道德风险、市场失灵,破坏社会公平等问题。为应对这一问题与职业农民可能产生的道德风险,应在新型职业农民培育过程中使其增强信息意识、提高获取信息能力、建设农村公共信息平台构建完善的涉农信息平台、加强法律意识和道德观念培养,提高新型职业农民队伍综合素质,为乡村振兴战略和社会主义新农村建设注入新活力。

| Abstract: | With the continuous advancement of agricultural modernization,the problem of information asymmetry in the development of professional farmers is gradually exposed.When they are in the information disadvantage side,they will face many uncertain risks.When professional farmers are the information advantage side,they often produce problems such as moral hazard,market failure and social equity.In order to deal with this problem and the possible moral hazard of professional farmers,it is necessary to enhance information awareness,improve the ability to obtain information,build a rural public information platform,build a perfect agriculture information platform,enhance the cultivation of legal awareness and moral concept,improve the comprehensive quality of new professional farmers,and inject new vitality into the rural revitalization strategy and the construction of new socialist countryside. |
