| 摘 要： | 美国高职教育体系属于典型的单轨制,不设有单独的职业院校,社区学院是美国高职教育的主要机构。美国高职教育注重体系的内在衔接,以课程为模块、高职教育体系适合个人发展。美国高职教育培养模式以产业需求为导向,形成了工学结合的教学模式、围绕产业需求的课程开发模式。美国高职教育的国家发展战略、产学合作模式、高职教育体系的内在衔接、人性化的教育体系等给我们深刻的启示,值得我们在教育实践中加以借鉴。

| Abstract: | American higher vocational education system is a typically single-trailed system in which independent vocational schools don’t exist and community colleges are main organizations undertaking the task of American higher vocational education.American higher vocational education system has traits such as internal connection,module courses,and individual-orientation.Based on industrial need,the teaching model of working-integrated learning and curriculum exploring model have been formed.The characteristics of American higher vocational education such as country development policy,working-integrated learning,internal connection of system,and humanity system design can give us deep enlightenment. |
