| 摘 要： | 社区教育有不同的举办模式,其中之一就是依托广播电视大学原有的办学条件加挂"社区大学"校名的模式。在基层广播电视大学的基础上建立"社区大学",可以有效地整合、优化现有的社区教育资源,避免教育资源的重复建设和稀缺教育资源的浪费,可以为学习型社会的发展提供有力的保障,还能为广播电视大学转型升级提供坚实的基础。

| Abstract: | Various patterns have been explored in community education,one of which is establishing a community university on the basis of local Radio and TV University.This pattern can integrate and optimize the existing community educational resources,avoid repeated construction and waste of the resources,which will guarantee the development of learning society and lay a solid foundation for the transformation and upgrade of Radio and TV universities. |
