| 摘 要： | 社区教育是构建终身教育体系的重要组成部分,也是创建学习型社会的基本途径。从我国现阶段社区教育的发展来看,还存在一些问题和不足,要快速有效的发展社区教育,必须在加强政府对社区教育立法的关注和支持、保障社区教育的经费投入、建立有效的社区教育管理体制、培养社区教育的专门人才以及进一步推进社区教育试验区的建立等方面积极采取有效对策。

| Abstract: | Community education is an important part of lifelong education system and the basic way to create a learning society. Originated in the mid-1980s, modem community education is still in the initial stage of community education in China. From the pres- ent stage of the development of community education in our country, there are some problems and deficiencies which hinder the develop- ment of community education effective, we must take effective measures to strengthen the attention and support of the government, to safeguard the funds investment of community education, to establish an effective management system of community education, to train the professionals of community education and to promote the development of community education experimental zone. |
