摘    要:现今在线学习已成为成人继续教育的重要手段,"互联网+"时代带来了丰富的学习资源,也带来了成人在线深度学习的困惑。在线学习环境成为滋生"浅层学习"的温床。文章通过问卷调查对影响成人在线深度学习的干扰因素进行分析,在沉浸理论的指导下,对成人在线深度学习提出了几个要点和策略。

Abstract:Online learning is an important means of continuing learning for adults today.The Internet+ era has brought rich learning resources,and it also brings about the puzzling of adult online learning.Online learning environment has become a breeding ground for “shallow learning”.Under the guidance of immersion theory,several key points and strategies for adult online deep learning have been put forward by the analysis of the interference factors that affect adult online depth learning.
