| 摘 要： | 一定空间分布的地方高校在科研发展中遵循着特定的区位指向、依托一定的模式所进行的联合与合作。融入区域经济、社会发展和区域创新系统，寻找相互发展的“耦合点”，构建信息化交流平台。其联合的机制重在人力资源的综合配置和科技政策的引导。区域化联合是提升地方高校科研竞争力的关键和科研特色培育的突破口。

| Abstract: | In the development of scientific research, the distribution of local college and university research development is subjected to specific regional objectives and coalition and cooperation in a certain mode. Integrated into the regional economy, social development and regional innovative system, the scientific research should seek the coupling point and construct information communication platform. The mechanism of coalition lies in the comprehensive configuration of human resources and the guidance of scientific policies. The regional coalition is the key to upgrading the competitiveness and the breakthrough of the training of research characteristics in these local colleges and universities. |
