| 摘 要： | 建设有中国特色的和谐社会,生成和繁荣和谐社会的和谐文化,已成为我们文化生活和文化建设中的重要命题.和谐文化也是民族地区社会发展的内在需求.基于民族地区构建和谐社会对和谐文化的诉求和和谐文化在民族地区社会发展中的作用,必须要着力构建和谐文化,只有加大和谐文化的构建力度,才能尽早实现民族地区经济社会的和谐发展.
