| 摘 要： | 校园文化与企业文化如何对接融合，对于高职院校毕业生能否适应未来企业的要求有着重要影响。本文通过介绍高职校园文化建设的主要内容，分析了校企文化对接存在的问题，提出营造校企结合的校园文化构建模式及融合对接途径。
