| 摘 要： | 网络环境加速了汉语和英语的交流、相互借鉴的过程，中国英语俏皮话正是这种环境下产生的网络新词族。中国英语俏皮话的构词形式和意义构建过程无不体现了中国独特的网络、社会文化。通过对网络环境下新生的中国英语俏皮话词族的分析，其构词主要呈现词缀拼接、合成、谐音和译借的规律。同时，中国英语俏皮话的意义建构过程涉及了合成结构压制、谐音压制和社会文化压制等认知语义现象。

| Abstract: | Internet has accelerated the process of communication anti integration between Chinese and English, which as restalt boosted a muhiple of new quips. The word formation and meaning construction of China - English quips hear the characteristics of China＇s unique lnteruet and social culture. With due analysis on China- English quips, semantic variation is categorized into： variation of morphemes, blending, homophonic variation, and borrowing translation. The meaning construction involves blending coereion, homophonic coercion and social cultural coercion. |
