| Abstract: | In this paper, the research works and application of E-commerce supply chain management are surveyed firstly. Then the interrelationships between the two concepts of E-commerce and supply chain management (SCM) are analyzed. An analyzing matrix model of SCM is presented to help the manager recognize the key point of EC application in the SCM. Finally, a case study to show how Bell (Shanghai) implements the E-commerce supply chain management strategic is presented. |
