| 摘 要： | 随着信息时代的不断进步发展，一种新的学习方式——数字化学习应运而生。它能极大地发挥学习者的个性特点，培养学习者的创造能力和创新精神，符合终身学习的理念。应用绩效技术可进一步提高数字化学习的效率。分析了绩效技术的含义、特征以及绩效技术在数字化学习中的应用。

| Abstract: | With the progressive development of the information age,a new approach to learning-E-learning,has come to our side.It can play a great personality of learner＇s, and foster learner＇s creativity and innovation, in line with the concept of lifelong learning. In E-learn- ing,the application of performance technology can further enhance the efficiency of E-learning.This paper analyzes the meaning of performance technology,features and performance technology in E-learning applications. |
