基于投影图与直方图的机械零件模型检索

摘    要:为实现资源重复利用与产品创新,通过检索出数据库中的相似零件给设计者提供帮助。首先对机械零件模型进行方位归一化与预处理,以起始点为圆心作最大内切圆,划分连通区,在连通区内根据距离变换值判定邻域像素,进而确定新的骨架点,迭代生成完整骨架。将骨架转换成直方图曲线,划分网格生成骨架点数矩阵,根据矩阵特征值和之间的差计算两模型间的差异度,从而判定机械零件相似度。通过实例验证以及与 D2形状分布算法及递归分割算法的比较,该方法检索速度高于递归分割算法,准确性高于 D2 形状分布算法和递归分割算法。

Abstract:In order to realize the reuse of resources and product innovation,similar parts in the database are retrieved to provide inspiration for designers. First,the azimuth normalization and preprocessing of the mechanical part model is made. The maximum inscribed circle is defined by the starting point as the center,and the connected region is divided. The neighboring pixels are determined accord? ing to the distance transform value in the connected region,and then the new skeleton point is determined,and the complete skeleton is iteratively generated. The skeleton is converbed into a histogram curve,and the mesh is divided to generate a skeleton point matrix. The difference degree between the two models is calculated by comparing the difference between the sum of the matrix eigenvalues so as to determine the degree of similarity of the mechanical parts. By verifying and comparing with the example of D2 and recursive segmentation algorithm,the speed is higher than the recursive segmentation algorithm,and the accuracy is higher than D2 and recursive segmentation algorithm.
