摘    要:工矿开采设备在较为恶劣的环境中长期运转易造成电缆绝缘老化,通过检测电缆绝缘状态可排除安全隐患。传统绝缘状态监测系统大多采用有线方式,布线难度大。因此设计一种基于 DSP 与 ZigBee 技术的绝缘状态实时无线监测系统。该系统采用 TMS320F28335 为主控器,对采集的电压和电流信号进行同相计算,并将计算得到的电阻值通过串口传送给 ZigBee 模块进行压缩打包,通过多跳方式传送至监测终端进行显示、存储并发出预警信息。系统软件部分采用 C 语言设计实现。测试结果表明,该系统检测精度高、实时性好,具有一定的应用价值。

Abstract:The mining equipment often operates in a severe environment,which is easy to cause the cable insulation aging. The hidden dangers can be eliminated by detecting the insulation state of the cable. The traditional insulation monitoring system mostly adopts wired mode,which makes wiring difficult. To solve this problem,this paper designs a real-time wireless monitoring system of insulation state based on digital signal processing(DSP)and ZigBee technology. The system uses TMS320F28335 as the main controller,carries on the same phase to the collected voltage and current signals,and transmits the calculated resistance value to ZigBee module through the serial port. ZigBee module compresses and packs the received data,and transmits it to the monitoring terminal through the multi hop mode. The terminal equipment can display,store and alarm. The software part of the system is designed and implemented with C language. The test results show that the system has high detection accuracy,good real-time performance and certain application value.
