| 摘 要： | 目前，许多高校招生部门为新生提供各类便利化服务，由此形成的招生数据中常包含学籍分配约束性因素。传统教务管理系统仅根据新生专业生成学籍的模式已无法满足新需求。为此，通过分析招生数据中与专业字段组合后对学籍分配构成约束性影响的字段特性，基于招生数据结构构建以专业为单位的学生与约束因素组合数据集，根据各专业新生人数和预设的班级人数生成班级信息，将同专业内约束因素的值按其所关联的人数排序，在序列中重复采取首尾元素结合方式将各元素对应的学生匹配到各班级，从而生成学籍信息。通过约束因素下学籍自适应生成模块设计，解决教务系统与新招生数据对接问题，实现学籍自适应生成。

| Abstract: | At present， many college enrollment departments provide all kinds of convenient services for freshmen， and the enrollment data often contains the restrictive factors for the distribution of student status. The traditional educational administration management system can’t meet the new needs only with the mode of freshmen’s professional status. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the fields in the enrollment data combined with the major fields， the data set of the combination of the students and the constraint factors is constructed based on the structure of the enrollment data. The class information is generated according to the number of freshmen in each major and the preset number of class members. The values of the constraint factors in the same major are sorted according to the number of people they are associated with. In the sequence， the students corresponding to each element are matched to each class by combining the first and last elements repeatedly， so as to generate the student status information. Through the design of the self-adaptive generation module of student status under the constraints， the problem of docking the educational administration system with the new enrollment data is solved， and the self-adaptive generation of student status is realized. |
