| 摘 要： | 为了减少信息采集过程中面临语言沟通不畅、数据二次输入等困难，研发了一款语音版问卷APP（E健康）。采用问卷调查法，通过E健康APP在上海张江社区对60岁及以上人群进行信息收集，主要收集其人体测量与生化指标。结果显示， 血压和血糖升高分别与体重、身高、收缩压、舒张压、腰围、BMI、腰臀围比、高密度脂蛋白、空腹血糖和甘油三酯相关；中医体质测试发现50.5%的老年人属于平和质，而湿热质（1.9%）、气郁质（1.3%）则较少见。研究表明，E健康APP具有使用方便、易于扩展、管理便捷以及方便数据统计等优点，能够满足人群数据调研和后期数据分析等需求。

| Abstract: | In order to reduce communication gap in the process of information collection， such as communication barriers and data secondary input， our research group designed and applied a phonetic questionnaire APP （E Health）. Questionnaire was used to collect information with E Health in the Zhangjiang community of Shanghai where subjects are more than 60 years old. Meanwhile， we collect their anthropometric and biochemical measurements. Our group found the blood pressure and plasma glucose levels were related to weight， height， systolic blood pressure， diastolic blood pressure， waist circumference， BMI， waist-to-height ratio（WHtR）， high-density lipoprotein-cholesterol， fast blood glucose and triglyceride. We also found the distributions of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） constitutions as below： balanced constitution accounted for 50.5%， and damp-heat constitution （1.9%） and qi stagnation constitution （1.3%） were rare. Community application research demonstrated that “E Health” was convenient， extendible， conveniently manageable for analyze data. It can meet the requirements for researchers about data survey， information collection and data analysis. |
