| 摘 要： | 移民问题日益成为制约云南省水利水电建设和区域社会稳定的重要因素。为确保移民安置达到＂搬得出、稳得住、有发展、能致富＂的目的,云南省政府相继出台了一系列移民安置的规定和政策,使移民工作逐步走上了依法、规范、有序的轨道。
