| Abstract: | Like flood control of the Changjiang River,"The Three-staged Treatment of the Changjiang River" has undergone a long process of growing from the rough to the fine,from the easy to the difficult,from personal tentative ideas to the collective wisdom of the Changjiang Water Resources Commission.Its progress embodies the course of CWRC's growing from small to big and from weak to strong. |
