| 摘 要： | 我国高等职业教育已取得了举世瞩目的成就,形成了以国家示范性高等职业院校引领、省（部委、行业）级示范性高等职业院校为支撑的“百舸争流、千帆竞发”的壮观画面,为我国的高等教育由精英教育转变为大众教育做出了巨大贡献.但与此同时,高等职业教育系统各项工作中,形式主义的表现和危害不容小觑.形式主义衍生官僚主义、助长享乐主义、催生弄虚作假、阻碍教育教学改革的深入、导致教师队伍建设误区和教材建设局面混乱等.形式主义是提高人才培养质量的绊脚石.

| Abstract: | Our country＇s higher vocational education has made remarkable achievements, which is being led by the national exemplary higher vocational colleges and supported by provincial （minis- try, industry） level exemplary higher vocational colleges. It has contributed a lot to enable our country＇s higher vocational education to change from elite education to mass education. But at the same time, in the work of higher vocational education system, the performance and harm of for malism can not be ignored. Formalism derives bureaucracy, encourages hedonism, gives rise to fraud, hinders the development of teaching reform, poses erroneous zone in teachers team con- struction and chaos in teaching material construction. Formalism is a stumbling block to the im- provement of the quality of higher vocatinal talents cultivation. |
