| 摘 要： | 在指出高校档案管理存在的问题的基础上，强调要在建立健全统一管理制度和工作制度，加强归档控制，增强全员档案管理意识，提高档案管理人员素质，参与社会信用档案建设，实现文档一体化等七个方面做好工作，使之更好地为学校各项工作及国家经济建设服务。

| Abstract: | Based on the problems on file management in colleges and universities, the following work is emphasized: setting up centralized management system and working system, intensifying file control, raising file clerks' personal qualities, enhancing file clerks' cognition of file management, participating in social credit file construction, realizing file integration and so on in order to do all kinds of work in the school well and make greater contribution to the country's economic construction. |
