| 摘 要： | "长期的办学时间"是高职院校办学特色形成的前提;"优于其他学校的独特优质风貌"是形成高职院校办学特色的DNA;"特色应当对优化人才培养过程,提高教学质量作用大,效果显著"是高职院校办学特色DNA的内核;"特色有一定的稳定性并应在社会上有一定影响,得到公认",这是高职院校办学特色的外显标识。高职院校办学特色层次有点、线和面的特色,面的办学特色才有可能构成院校的特色。建设高职院校办学特色是一个从办学理念确立、院校办学使命与目标规定及其教育教学实践实施的过程。

| Abstract: | ＂Long running time＂ is the prerequisite for the formation of the characteristics of running high- er vocational colleges; ＂Unique style better than other schools＂ is the DNA for the formation of higher voca- tional colleges＇ characteristics; The school -running characteristics should optimize talent processes, improve the quality of teaching, and make remarkable progress,which are the DNA kernel for the characteristics of run- ning higher vocational colleges; There was a certain stability and influence in the well - recognized characteris- tics, which are the explicit identification of the characteristics. The level of the running characteristics of higher vocational colleges includes the point level, line level and surface level, and the characteristics mainly depend on the feature from surface level. The construction of running characteristics of higher vocational colleges is a process, consisting of forming school - running idea, prescribing school - running mission and objective, de- veloping the education and teaching practice. |
