| 摘 要： | 《全民健身条例》的颁布为全国各地的体育健身事业指明了方向,而全民健身依赖于社会体育指导员的指导。黔南州由于地处西部地区,其整体水平落后于全国制定的标准。黔南州社会体育指导员培训工作还存在没有完全符合实际,指导人员队伍数量不足以及资源配置不尽合理的问题。量化培训工作,提升培训工作质量,合理分配社会体育指导员是解决这些难题的有效途径。

| Abstract: | The National Health Regulations has made guidance for physical fitness of different areas in the country. However, the national health depends on the social sports instructors guidance. Owing to locating in the western areas, Qiannan prefecture has lagged behind the standard of national regulations in the field of physical fitness. There are a lot of problems existing in the training task of social sports instructor, that is, the training task is not in accord with the real situation ; the number of instructors is insufficient, and the resource allocation is unreasonable. Quantizing the training task, improving the quality of training and reasonable allocating social sports instructor are the effective ways to solve these problems. |
