| 摘 要： | “农民工经济”,已成为贵州一个新的经济增长点,应将其上升到“战略高度”来加以认识,作为战略性产业来抓。因此,贵州应当发挥政府作用,建立一套完整的劳务输出机制;制订科学合理的农村劳务输出政策,对农村劳动力转移就业的服务应到位。

| Abstract: | "Farmer workers' economy" has become a new economic growth pole in Gui Zhou Province,which should be recognized to the height as the strategy and emphasized as the strategic industry.Therefore,Gui Zhou Province should bring her government into full play to construct a set of integrated system of export of labour services;to work out scientific and reasonable policies of export of labour services;and to service in readiness for the transferring employment of the labour forces of the countryside. |
