摘    要:本文从运动心理和生理学的角度,分析研究了羽毛球比赛中运动员身体状态、心理状态及技术状态三方面因素与比赛成绩的关系,提出了运动员利用比赛间歇这一时机进行身心调节和放松,并对在比赛中运动员如何调控、放松和始终保持积极的情绪状态,恢复良好的体力方面提出一些具体方法。研究和全面掌握羽毛球比赛中的身心调节和放松的方法,对于改善运动员体能和心理状态,提高运动员技战术水平具有十分重要的作用。

Abstract:From sports physiology and psychology,the paper studies the reason why the match result is related with body,psychology and skills of an athlete in the match,and offers some particular ways to make athlete to know how to utilize the moment of match intermission to adjust and relax their mood and how to keep their positive mood for recovering their physical power.It is very importance to study and control the way of adjusting or relaxing the athlete's mood in a match so as to improve the athlete's physical power or physical condition and improve the level of athletes' skills and tactics.
