| 摘 要： | 金融危机之后,在国外订单大幅减少的情况下,许多出口导向型的产业集群开始了产业的转型升级。尤其是在珠三角,这一趋势更加明显。从新产业区理论的角度分析东莞IT产业集群的空间集聚现象,从企业间网络化、柔性生产、企业间学习的经常性等最能体现新产业区特征的方面对东莞IT产业区进行研究,从新产业区理论角度出发对东莞IT产业区产业的转型升级发展提出了建议和对策。

| Abstract: | Quite a few export oriented Industries,especially those around "the Pearl River Delta",have began the transformation and upgrading due to considerably decreasing foreign orders since the financial crisis of 1997.The paper,through the perspective of new industrial zones,analyzes the phenomenon of the spatial agglomeration of Dongguan IT industrial cluster and makes a research on the aspects of enterprise network,flexible production and recurrent learning between enterprises and meantime puts forward certain countermeasures and suggestions for its transformation and ungrading and development. |
