| 摘 要： | 本研究应用Ames试验的方法 ,以ENNG、MNU两种直接致癌、致突变作用的亚硝酰胺为阳性诱变物 ,对大蒜提取液的抗TA10 0诱变性进行了研究。结果表明 ,大蒜提取液对ENNG、MNU的致突变性有明显的抑制作用。抑制率可高达 83% ,并有较好的剂量反应关系。提示人们 ,大蒜对突变的拮抗效应和对肿瘤的预防作用将日益受到关注

| Abstract: | In this study,we used the Ames test.Selecting ENNG and MNU as positive inductor,which are two kinds of nitrsoylamine and are mutafacint and carcinogenic,we discussed anti-TA 100 mutagenicity of the extraction of garlic. The result is that the extraction of garlic signally repressed mutagenicity of ENNG and MNU,and the repressive rates even reached 83%.There was a better dosage-effect relation.The conclusion is that garlic is an antagonist of mutation and can prevcnt tumor. |
