| 摘 要： | 改革开放30年来，北京市按照《教育法》和发展规划目标的要求，结合实践的发展，相继普及了九年义务教育和高中阶段教育，并基本完成了普及高等教育的任务，为满足北京市民不断增长的教育需求，为北京率先实现现代化奠定了坚实的基础。

| Abstract: | During the past 30 years since reform and opening-up policy was implemented in China, Beijing,in line with the municipal requirements set by educational laws and outlines,has basically ful- filled the task of popularizing higher education after the completion of popularizing 9-year compulsory ed- ucation and high school education.This provides Beijing with a solid foundation in leading China to achieving modernization. |
