| 摘 要： | 就和谐的内涵、刑事诉讼中和谐价值的概念、特征等问题进行了研究，同时以刑事诉讼中的和谐价值检视了刑事诉讼中较为重要的与和谐价值相关的问题，认为刑事和解的最主要的价值理念就是和谐价值，在整个刑事诉讼价值体系中应当明确树立和谐价值理论，并依据和谐价值理论凸显伦理道德的要求，从而使刑事诉讼的过程和结果更和谐，实现其真、善、美的统一。

| Abstract: | The paper attempts to study the meanings,notion,character of harmonious value in crimi-nal procedure.The paper,by observing the important problems of criminal procedure law on the harmo-nious value,believe that the main value idea is harmonious value in the criminial reconciliation,we should clearly build up theory of harmonious value and show the quality of moral,by which the criminal procedure and result become more harmonious and we can get the unification of the reality,good and beauty. |
