| 摘 要： | 高校教学档案是高校档案的主体之一，我国高等教育事业的进一步发展需要对高校教学档案资源进行科学管理和有效利用。本文在分析总结高校教学档案的特点和现阶段在管理和利用上存在的主要问题的基础上，对高校教学档案管理和利用策略进行了初步探讨，认为在现有条件下，文档一体化是高校教学档案科学管理的必由之路，网络化、信息化是高校教学档案资源有效利用的必然趋势。

| Abstract: | Teaching files are an important part of universities’ files and the scientific management and effective use of the teaching files is a must for the development of universities.Based on the analysis of the current features of universities’ teaching files and existing problems in managing and using the files,the author puts forward some strategies for managing and using the files.The author holds the idea that integration is a necessary path for university file management and infomationization and Internalization is the inevitable trend for using the files effectively. |
