| 摘 要： | 村民自治是社会主义政治明建设的重要内容，是全面建设小康社会的不可缺少的环节。村民自治经过了多年实践后，正在碰到系列障碍，必须采取有力措施，消除这些障碍，村民自治才有不断完善的前景，我国的政治明才会不断提升。
