| 摘 要： | 面向２１世纪，世界各国都把教师教育改革做为教育改革的重点，国外教师教育呈现出新的特点和发展趋势：教师教育的高层次、高标准；深化课程改革，提高教师专业化水平；教师队伍的高素质、高待遇；教师教育的一体化．迎接新世纪的挑战，全面推进素质教育，我们要借鉴国外教师教育改革的成功经验，采取有效措施和相应的对策：明确教师教育的目标；改革课程设置，优化课程结构；加强师资队伍建设，提高教师综合素质；建立教师教育一体化的体制．

| Abstract: | Facing 21st century, every country regards teachers' education as the key point of education reform, so foreign teachers' education shows new characters and trend: high leveled teachers' education: furthering course reform and upgrading teachers' professional standard; high-qualified and high-rewarded teacher: unifcation of pre-professional and professional education. To rise to the new century's challenge and carry the quality education forward, we should make use of the successful experience from abroad, take effective measures and make corresponding policies: definite the aim of teachers' college education: better the course structure, enhance teachers' comprehensive quality and set up. unified system for pre-professional and professional education. |
