| 摘 要： | 高职教育是一种既具有高等教育的要求，又能体现职业教育的特点，突出以能力为本位，注重以技能为重点的教育模式。本文论述了高职教育的定位及办学形式，并结合长沙民政职业技术学院的实际改革情况，提出了高职教育的发展趋势。

| Abstract: | Higher vocational technical education boasts both requirements of higher learning and characteristics of vocational and technical education. It focuses on training the abilities of students and pays much attention to the educational model that emphasizes skills and abilities. This article discusses the status and educational model of the higher vocational and technical education, and puts forward the developing tendency by combining with the improvement of Changsha Social Work College. |
