| 摘 要： | 今年一季度，金融机构对中小企业发放贷款中，全国有的省份贷款余额增加为零，有的增加额是负数，60％以上企业都存在融资难问题，解决中小企业融资难也就成了最紧迫的命题。它山之石，可以攻玉。国外成功解决中小企业融资难的经验对我国来讲也会有很多的启示。发达国家的通行做法对我国解决中小企业融资问题是不无借鉴意义的。

| Abstract: | In the first season, China financial institutions restrained their loans to small and medium sized enterprises, among them, some provinces loan balance increase is zero, and others＂ is negative, so 60%of enterprises have diffieuhies in financing, which is the most pressing problem The sueeessful experience of foreign countries solving financing of small and medium sized enterprises has provided some insight to China, for the regular practices of developed countries are of reference meaning. |
