| 摘 要： | 高校档案工作是学校事业的重要组成部分,但高校档案建设既与社会党政机关档案部门发展状况相比存在差距,也与高校快速发展的实际需要不相适应,制约了高校档案事业应有作用的正常发挥。高校档案工作要从提高档案意识,建好档案队伍,提高档案管理制度化、科学化、信息化做起。

| Abstract: | College file management is one of the important components of college administration,while the file management has not come to the standard of social organizations and the rapid development of colleges,which prevents the promoting role of files in college development.Therefore the file staff should arouse their file management awareness,strengthen the staff improvement and the systematic,scientific and informationization construction of college file management. |
