| 摘 要： | 邓小平的人才观是创新人才观.创新人才是具有强烈的事业心与责任感的政治素质、解放思想与实事求是相统一的思想素质、扎实的科学文化知识和运用知识能力的文化能力素质以及敢试敢闯与锲而不舍之创新意识的人才.培养创新人才是时代的要求.创新人才培养基础在教育,因此,应深化教育改革,大力发展教育事业.

| Abstract: | Deng Xiao-ping's view on talents is a creative one. Creative talents refer to those with great courage and perseverance in innovation who have such high political quality as strong sense of responsibility and deep devotion to their work, who have such ideological quality as the unification of emancipation of the mind with the practical and realistic concept and who have such cultural quality as sturdy knowledge of science and culture and the ability to apply it into practice. It's the demand of the present times to cultivate creative talents, which is based on education. Therefore, educational reform should be deepened. |
