| 摘 要： | 1901年至1911年清政府宣布推行“新政”，提出了包括发展实业在内的等一系列改革措施。广西当局积极响应。大力倡行，通过设立实业机构、调整实业政策，兴办实业教育，招徕外资等措施，充分发挥政府作用，推动了广西实业的发展。

| Abstract: | From 1901 to 1911,the Qing government declared to reform,with a series of reforming measures to develop the industry.Guangxi government actively responded to the reform,took many measures,such as: established industry organizations,regulated industry policies,carried on industry education,attracted foreign capital and so on.These measures promoted the industry development in Guangxi. |
