| 摘 要： | 医生一直在医疗决策过程中发挥着举足轻重的作用。探讨医生获取报酬的方式及其对医疗行为的影响,结合我国的实际情况提出改进我国医生获取报酬的方式的建议,希望能够对完善我国医生获取报酬的方式,改进医疗决策,提高医疗质量和控制医疗费用产生有益的影响。

| Abstract: | Doctors have played a very important role in the process of medical decision.The author has studied the modes of doctors obtaining rewards and the influence on their medical behaviours,and combining the actual situation of China and proposed some propositions to improve the modes for doctors to obtain rewards,with a hope to improve the mode and medical decision so as to improve medical quality and cut down upon medical cost. |
