论高师院校教育实习指导教师的基本素质与能力

摘    要:我国高师院校教育实习指导教师的现状不够理想,存在指导教师队伍整体素质不高、指导质量偏低等问题,教育实习指导教师队伍亟待建设、培养。根据高师院校教育实习指导教师的作用,实习指导教师必须具备良好的协调沟通能力、人际交往能力、组织管理能力和表达陈述能力。其次要与时俱进,不断学习教育学、心理学、学科教学论等基本教育教学理论,建立教育实习指导的理论框架;要关注现实,深入了解当前中小学课程教学与改革现状;要夯实基础,具有熟练驾驭中小学课堂教育教学的实践能力。此外,实习指导教师还应具备科学、合理、公平、公正地评价能力。

Abstract:Education practice tutors of higher normal colleges are not qualified with low whole quality and low guiding effect, which should be settled immediately. The tutors should have better cooperation, communication, organization and expression abilities, continuingly update relevant teaching ideas of Pedagogy, Psychology and Discipline Teaching Theory and set up the theoretical structure of education practice guidance, keep close contact with the teaching and reform situations in primary and middle schools, and have the practice competence of classroom teaching of primary and middle schools. In addition, they also should have scientific, reasonable, fair evaluation ability.
