| 摘 要： | 野外生存生活训练作为一种崭新的体育教学模式，已被引进高校体育课程体系。鄂西北属于山区,有着丰富的地理资源和文化资源，为了更好的发展地方体育特色,发挥地方资源的价值，帮助学生建立正确的体育意识，提高健康第一的思想认识，培养学生的体育兴趣和锻炼能力，促进学生的身体健康和心理健康，提高社会适应能力，在鄂西北高校中开设野外生存生活训练课程有着重要的价值意义。

| Abstract: | Field surviving and living training,as a brand new teaching model of physical education,has been introduced into physical education curriculum system of higher education.The northwest of Hubei Province,as a mountainous area,has abundant geographical and cultural resources.In order to give a full play of local physical education features and make best use of local resources so as to help students cultivate their correct awareness of physical education,raise their conscientiousness of health being the foremost important,cultivate their interests of physical education and training capabilities,so that we can promote students' body and mind healthy development and raise their social adapting ability.In a word,it is very significant to open field surviving and living training lessons in universities of the northwest of Hubei Province. |
