| Abstract: | The author has made an investigation of secondary and primary schools P.E. teaching and sunlight sports in Henan countryside by way of questionnaire, document, spot interview and statistics. Then the author has studied the five factors that influence and prevent rural secondary and primary P.E. development and proposed five countermeasures against the five factors. |
