摘    要:高校合并给图书馆读者服务工作带来新的变化,读者服务工作人员应对合并办馆有新的认识、新的举措.为教学与科研人员提供特色服务;为本科生、专科生撰写论文提供特殊服务;办理通用借书证、开展馆际互借服务;搞好宣传辅导工作;对图书馆馆员进行有计划地继续教育.

Abstract:The merging of colleges and universities brings about new changes of the reader's service in the library. The librarians must have a new conception about the library after the merging and take up the following measures to meet the new demands: special service for educational and scientific personnel; special service for the junior college students as well as the senior students in their dissertation writing; library cards available in the service of other different libraries; well-arranged publicity and tutoring ; well planned further education for librarians.
