| 摘 要： | 在两岸政治谈判无法开启、台海局势充满变数的情况下,政党之间的沟通和交流可以起到减压作用,也可以达到“试水“的效果.连、宋、郁的相继登陆,打开了两岸交流的“侧门“,抄了民进党当局的“后路“,也减少了因误判台海局势而“擦枪走火“的危险.事实证明:在野党可以做执政党不愿做、不敢做、不能做的事.

| Abstract: | Under the precondition of China mainland and Taiwan can't open political negotiation and Taiwan Sea situation is full of variances,the communications and exchanges between parties can play a role of decreasing pressure and feeling the water.The concessive visits by Lian Zhan,Song Chu-yu and Yu Jin-ming has opened the side entrance for exchanges between Taiwan Straits and closed the retreat route of Taiwan authority,decreasing the danger of fighting out of miscarrying Taiwan Sea situation.The above facts prove that out-parties can do these things that the in-party won't do,daren't do or can't do. |
