| Abstract: | The chief mission of the construction of teaching group is to implement the function of organizing study and training,and to improve teachers,quality.The essential approach to the development of teaching group is to integrate scientific research with teaching and to propel mutual development of "teaching" and "research".Reinforcing the construction of teaching group is fundamental in ensuring the success of curriculum reform which is being carried out through schools. |
