网络环境下远程教育教学实施与控制的“四力协同模型”

摘    要:经过6年多的现代远程开放教育的教学实践和探索,总结出了一种基于网络环境下远程教育教学实施与控制的"四力协同模型".该模型将远程教育的教学实施状况用四种力9量棗"牵引力"、"支撑力","推动力"和"学习力"来描述,四种力量的强弱及其协同与否决定了教学实施的效果.以学生自主学习为中心提升学习力、以教师引导学习为前提增强牵引力、以教育者支助学习为基础强化支撑力、以教育者促进学习为保证提高推动力,是分析与改进远程教育教学实施状况的有效途径.
