| Abstract: | In this text, we make a comparison between the traditional paper archives and the electronic archives
on the aspect of the trustiness, the storage, the organization, and the service function. From the analyses, it
is known that the electric archives system is the modern foundation of the management of archives, which
needs the development of the technology and the well-developed management system. |
