| 摘 要： | 新建本科院校就实现自身的可持续健康发展,必须加强教学质量建设,尤其要从教学管理规范化、制度化、科学化入手着力构建标准化教学质量监控体系。构建科学规范的标准化教学质量监控体系,应该依据ISO9000标准的基本思想,了解ISO9000标准质量认证体系在国内外高校的应用研究现状,应该解决标准化教学质量管理体系构建中要素的设计、结构的设计、教育部本科教学工作水平评估与教学质量管理体系进行有机结合等关键技术问题,应该采取有效方法实现ISO9000标准质量体系在教学管理领域的创造性转化。

| Abstract: | To achieve its own sustainable development,the new universities need to strengthen the building of teaching quality,particularly construct a standardized quality control system on the base of standard,system and scientifice of teaching management.A standardized teaching quality monitoring system should be based on the ISO 9000 standard basic idea.So the applied and research constitution of ISO 9000 quality standard certification system in universities must be kwoun.The key problems of technology which is in the process of design standardization teaching quality management system,and combination the teaching quality management system evalued by education department with standardized teaching quality monitoring system should be solved.We should take effective measures to make the ISO9000 quality system standards be creative transformation in the field of teaching management. |
