摘    要:固有无序蛋白是一类具有柔性结构的蛋白质,许多情况下通过与其它物质相互作用形成稳定结构来发挥重要生物功能.本文分别利用基于序列特征和结构特征的蛋白质结合位点预测程序对固有无序蛋白有序区和无序区与核酸分子的结合位点进行了预测分析.结果发现,基于结构特征的结合位点预测方法整体上要优于基于序列特征的预测方法,表明无序区尽管缺少稳定空间结构,结构特征依然在固有无序蛋白结合位点中发挥了重要作用.因此,可以为今后固有无序蛋白序列特征及结构特征的提取提供可靠依据.

Abstract:Intrinsically disordered protein is a class of proteins with flexible structure, which perfom important biological function via interacting with other substances. In this paper, the binding sites of IDPs are predicted using sequence and structure based methods, resectively. The results show that structure based binding sites predictor is better than the sequence based methods in most cases. Then, although lack of stable spatial structure, information of structure plays important role in the interaction of intrinsically disordered proteins.
