| Abstract: | The "New Economic Policy" adopted in the Soviet Union from 1921 to 1930 is the social practice by the Soviet Communist Party and the people in the socialist construction. In the practice, Stalin, the top leader of the Party, created new ideas in thought, demonstrations in theory, and had performance in action, Which indicate that it is closely related with the soviet socialist construction. |
